Introduction Text HAVE BEEN WATCHING MY WEIGHT ALL MY LIFE. STILL FOLLOW THE POINTS PLAN FROM WEIGHT WATCHERS. I FIND IT EASY TO LOSE HARD TO KEEP OFF. I'VE KEPT MY WEIGHT DOWN FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW. NOT EASY. THIS IS A FOREVER BATTLE . MY FAMILY IS CALIFORNIA BORN. USE TO BE A GREAT STATE. TO MANY PEOPLE AND TO EXPENSIVE. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE FROM THE BAY AREA. GREAT WEATHER, MISS IT. HAVE 2 WONDERFUL GRANDSON'S NATE 12 & RYAN 8

To keep this weight off for good. If I put on a lb or 2 I will take action to get the weight off immediatley!

Weight Watchers points system. And to excersize with Denise Austin 4 days a week, If not more.

Enjoy Crossroads Grace Community Church. Best Church I've ever gone to. I like to ride bikes with my husband, go fishing watch movies. I love this movie called Trans Formers its GREAT!!!I would of never known about this movie if it wasn't for Nate and Ryan I love them!!!
