Getting Fit and Loving It.


It's a new year, filled with new hopes and dreams. I reached my goal just before New Years Eve. I still want to firm up my body and get as strong as I can, before my next birthday. I've lost 62 pounds and I hope to never find them again!!! This will be the first time in my life ...when my new year's resolution is not about my weight. Now I am concentrating on fitness.
Joining this site was the best thing I have done for myself. It helped me to see I am not alone and that with ...

    Nice to see ya. I'm holding the line at the weight thing, too, but not at the line I want. It's like my body has settled into it's favorite weight and it's not budging an inch! Maybe with spring coming I'll finally be able to get outside and do some walking with his lordship. But hey, at least it's not going up! Hugs, Calen~

    Happy Halloween to one of my oldest sparkfriends! I have been thinking about you, so it was so fun to see your comment on my page! I am at the 1/2 way mark to my goal and October was a very difficult month for me. I am starting with a fresh slate tomorrow~ November 1st. Congratulations on your fantastic maintenance. I want to be just like you when I grow up and meet my goal!
