I track calories, but am not dieting down. I try to walk 3 days per week, but that's my minimum. I try to eat out as few times as possible. I try to only adopt/change/eliminate habits that I can sustain for the rest of my life. I change 1 or two micro mini habits at a time and when I feel they're sticking I increase the complexity or add/change a new habit.
