Introduction Text I am a 30-year United States Air Force veteran. I became addicted to running late in my career after being challenged to run the Air Force Half Marathon in 2013, my first half marathon and longest run of my life at that point. I still run this every year with my First Sergeant and Wingman. In addition, we pick a second (sometimes third) half to rendezvous somewhere in our great nation. Life is busy. Finding time to commit to running long distances regularly has become challenging over the last several years. I peaked in 2016 running over 1,000 miles. What a great feeling to run nonstop for nearly 3 hours with no pain and recovery was quick 5-10 minutes to catch your breath before moving on to the next task. My goal is to get back to my running weight and regain that endurance.

- Regain running endurance; run 8+ miles 3x week effortlessly with no pain and minimal recovery

- Run 3, 5, 9 miles every Mon, Wed, & Sat respectively - 20 minute Resistance Band workout every Tue & Thur - 30 active recovery stretching routine every Sun
