My goals: -Get back down to 150 and stay there -Get rid of my achilles tendonitis and run again -Exercise at least 4 days a week -Log my food, don't stop, and use the SparkPeople food tacker to keep my carbs, fat, and protein within range -Feel younger again

I will exercise most mornings with a minimum of 4 mornings a week. I log my food and try to keep it nutritionally balanced - 1300-1600 calories aiming for 1500

I live in Temecula, CA and work in Riverside. I am married with two children (a son born in Aug '04 and a daughter born in May '06). I'm 5'6"

I've succeeded in losing weight and getting into amazing shape before, but a tripple injury took me out of my happy routine. At first the weight didn't come back on, but once it did I slid back to where I am now... struggling to get my feet back under me and get back to where the healthy activities and eating are daily habits. I currently have Achilles Tendonitis that I want to get rid of by 12/13
