    Hello! Thank you for commenting on my blog. I need to read that book again - it's been a long time and I forgot all about it! Thanks for the reminder. I read your page and can identify with the losing and re-gaining. My theory is that with any serious behavior change, it takes multiple attempts to get it right; and with every attempt we are a little more likely to succeed than we were before. So good for you!

    I've used fasting at various points in my life -- and MEADSBAY has been quite successful using the IF (intermittent fasting) approach . . . You might like to check out her page/blogs!

    Good luck with that. Soooooo difficult to take it off -- and then even MORE difficult to keep it off, especially with injury/health problems interfering with exercise. The At Goal and Maintaining: Transition to Maintenance Team here at Spark has some of the best resources going on planning for maintaining right from the beginning. Nope, you don't have to be "At Goal" to join!!
