Introduction Text This past year has been a real struggle for me. For the better part of the year I was fighting a nasty lupus flare up. I am finally coming out of it and I am working on getting back on my feet. I know this is a journey, I know it will not be easy. I also know I am a strong and I have an amazing support system that will help me through anything!

Date Goals attained: 5%- 11 Feb 13 10% - 4 Mar 13 15%- 20% - 25%- 30% - 35%- 40% - 45%- 50% - 55%- 60% - 65%- 70% - 75%- 80% - 85%- 90% - 95%- Goal - My rewards system: 10% - new running socks 20% - New pair of jeans 25%- new gym bag 30% -New Shoes (not fitness, normal, everyday shoes) 40% - new running shirt from One More Mile 50% - new boxing gloves 60% - new swim bag (with everything!) 70% - Two new cute running outfits 75%- bully button pierced 80% - new iPod 90% - new tattoo Goal - Hello! A new wardrobe!

Boxing/kickboxing – 3x/week (min) Yoga – 1x/week (min) Spin class – 1x/week (min) 7-10 hours cardio/week
