Hello All...guess its about time I updated this!

My name is Sarah as you might have guessed and I hail from Cork in Ireland!

Finished my undergrad degree in Nutrition last May, now doing a Masters in Food Science so even less time on my hands!! 5 years in college, between drinking sessions and study comforts, has packed more than a few pounds on me so trying now to build a healthier me and blast those fat cells away!

Big downfalls for me...chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! To counter this I run a lot! My big goal which helped to motivate me and drop quite a few pounds last year was 5 marathons/half marathons. This year I've two in mind so far:

Connemara - March 07

Cork - June 07

My Goals:
Lose a few pounds,

Tone up, lose the jelly-

belly once and for all!

Maybe even attain a

beach-bod for summer

08...here's hoping!


My Program:
Track all meals, stay

within 1200-1500

calories a day


Cardio exercise 5 days a

week, mainly running,

approx 5 miles each

session. Strength

training on alternative

days and the odd

occasional exercise

class


Plenty of water, fruit and

veg
