My name is sarah. I'm 29 years old. I started my weight loss journey on 4-7-17. I weighed 305. I'm hoping to one day get to 170. But I have small goals set that will lead me to that. I've changed a lot since starting this journey. I'm down several sizes. I also play tennis a lot now and I am about to start cycling. I never did anything active before , now I look forward to it. Spark has been a huge help for me. The support and motivation has been key. I have 80 more pounds to lose ...
