With all of the things going on in my life, I just cant seem to get out of the 140s, unless its to go above them. lol. I am however motivated with a deadline so - lets do this!

My husband is in the US Army and we're stationed at Fort Hood! I'm 27, an accountant and working on my Master's in Business.. I graduate in December - same time my husband comes home for good.. then we are OUT of the Army! YAY! Anyway, naturally I am at a point in my life where Mcdonald's "comfort" no longer makes me comfortable and id rather wake up at 4 45am to get my workout in, then to not fully "understand" that yes, I do need to lose weight. I have been in denial for the fact that 4 years ago, I was 128lbs! However I am more healthy now.. I am just in a very happy place in my life and if I have my husband home, I will want to be just as happy with myself on the outside as I am in the inside. I want my body to be a reflection of all the hard work ive done!

Fitness Minutes: 340

My Goals:
125lbs by September!


My Program:
Cardio: 35-45 mins 5x/week

Strength: 15-20 mins 5x/week.

Eating:

Breakfast: Special K or Oatmeal, V8 6oz-8oz, yougart, wheat mini bagel or wheat english muffin with 1tbs I cant believe its not butter - light.

Lunch: Usually a "Smart Ones" w/ a diet soda.

Dinner: Whatever low cal meal I can cook. I like meatless foods or chicken breasts!

Snack: 100 cal packs, fruits, etc.

1 day a week (usually Friday) - I splurge since lunch is on work that day. :) Although, I still usually get a salad, or look online at the restuarant's menu.



Personal Information:
I'm ready to lose the weight, for good! =)
