I've been up and down with my weight over the last few years. This past spring, I hit my highest high weight ever and decided it was time to make some drastic changes. I started working out at the gym and am now working to incorporate managed eating as well.

I want to look and feel good again through life changing diet and exercise.

My Program:
 Cardio, strength training and a healthy diet.


Personal Information:
I'm want to lose weight so my children will grow up with healthy eating habits and never have to battle the bulge.
