Thank you for the SparkGoodie snowflake! Each one is so pretty, it's too bad we get so many at once, isn't it?!

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and that you enjoy this holiday season.

Oh boy, you're not heading in a good direction. But I've been there. Stop while you're ahead. Don't go near the scale, don't let it overpower you and control you, because it is. What you're describing is how I started over restricting and over exercising. Yeah, I lost weight, but I gained a lot of it back (I'm blaming myself and a medication I started taking that causes weight gain), but you kill your metabolism, so whenever you go over, your body is going to store it as fat. I know you don't believe that. You may know it, but you're thinking it won't happen to you. It will. It isn't fun. You're suppose to live your life, not be scared by it.

Try not to focus on the numbers. I got to the point where I was constantly weighing myself - like multiple times a day, it became a major obsession and it sucks being controlled by what that dreaded number is. It isn't about that!! I know it's stressing you out (your Thanksgiving dinner blog stress!), so I know it's preventing you from enjoying your life right now (been there, done that!). Try really hard to only weigh yourself once a week. I simply had to put the scale away. I can't even look at one now, but it's better than going back to where I was.

Thanks for the support! If a day was eating the right amount, it would be a good day. Eating too little or too much is a bad day, but I view eating too little as a good day as well, so that's my problem. I'm trying to change it!
