Introduction Text Life has a way of getting in the way of my goals...Ahhh I often think I will get back on track when things slow down in this crazy life with 3 teenagers in the house. I know, wishful thinking but I wouldn't change a thing! My goals are to exercise more and eat right. I can do this and have time for all the crazy!

My goals for the Spring Challenge: Walking 5 times per week Strength Train 3 days a week Yoga 7 days a week 5,000 steps a day Eating more fruits and veggies Eat more protein
