I chose for my background Winnie-the-Pooh stuck and his friends helping him. This has always been a favorite story of mine. Thanks to all my SP friends for their encouragement and support. I will REACH my goal.

A) BMI ......... 24
B) Weight ...... First is to get to 199 lbs, then 150 lbs

Monthly:
A) Weight .... lose 5-6 lbs

Weekly:
A) Walk 15-30 min 3x's
B) 2-3 days M.E. workout

Daily:
--Drink at least 8 cups of water
--Eat minimum of 5 servings of freggies a day

I am 60. I love the Lord Jesus Christ. I am happily married to a wonderful Christian man.

I have 4 children. (1 boy and 3 girls) The 3 oldest are married. I have 16 grandchildren. I homeschooled & graduated all 4 of my children.

I am in my 35th year as a daycare provider. I am a Colorado native.

I love to quilt, sew, cross stitch and read. I am a kiltmaker.

    Glad to hear that your grandson's seizures are slowing! Ryan is now 9 months seizure free. We know his condition is based on gene mutation, so it will not go away entirely. But control is as good as a cure ... at least in our minds.

    We're all getting along ok here. It has gotten better - I guess there is always a bit of getting used to each others' habits at first. They are planning to get their own place again this Summer.

    How is your grandson doing with his seizures? And how is all your family doing living together these days? I know it's an adjustment ... our DD and her family are still here, too.
