I have a body...I am a spirit. I have to live in this body so I will take care of it.
Hi. My name is Shakenma. Lifestyle not diet. I have time to exercise. I feel better when I exercise. Health problems will not hold me back. I have more strength, a better attitude after exercising. I can make healthy food choices. I love vegetables and fruit. Water is good. I do not want to drink my calories. I have found Spark People to be the best tool for me in this journey. Lose 25 pounds
Drink at least 8, eight oz glasses of water a day.
Exercise at least 5 times a week.
Deal with insomnia and try to get more sleep each night.
Eat fast food less.
Not stress out so much at work. Leave work at work.

Track food, count calories
Exercise
Be positive in my actions and thoughts
Be self motivating and empowering
Always remembering I am blessed
Be grateful for all that I have

I should not abuse it
I do not want to eat and drink for enjoyment alone but to build a strong, healthy body

I love to read.
I am learning to enjoy exercise. I am a germaphob (I think I made that word up).
I enjoy learning things about nutrition and health.
I love music, internet, family time, travel, and some t.v.
I'm not girly (I like natural beauty)....do not like shopping or make-up (no more than lipstick).
I LOVE babies. I laugh alot. I am short and bossy. I am very expressive with my face and very loyal to my family and true friends.
