My name is Sheila. I am 39 years old and after looking in all the wrong places for too many years I FINALLY found my best friend and soul mate in July of 2006. We were married in May of 2008. He gives me strength and shows me that there is so much in this life that i want to do and accomplish. I want to walk by his side for the rest of my life and learn new things with him. I want to be healthy enough to do this and i want to love what i am inside. I also have three amazing kids and i want my kids to have happy memories to carry with them for the rest of thier lives. I want to be the person that can teach them healthy habits and to love themselves for who they are, not to worry what other people may say about them. So I am learning a new lifestyle to help support and guide me to the person I want to be and so I can pass this on to them.

There is a SILVER lining in every grandpa used to tell me this everytime i felt down and I now live by this saying in life

So I have decided to do the MaryMack Pound for Pound Pact Challange.

Starting Weigh in at 183.6 --goal weight by the 13th of June 165-- total loss 18.6 which is 1.3 lbs per week
