Introduction Text I guess it is time for an update. I am starting over again. I've been away from SPARKPEOPLE for a while, but I really enjoy all that it has to offer. I am trying to get back up and moving in the right direction again. I am of course from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I have three daughters, the baby girl just started her 1st year of college. I need to lose about atleast 100 pounds. I had lost about 40, but gained about 23 back. It was hard to see my weight ticker go back, but I have a new determination. I was on a weight loss team at work, but that campaign has ended and I am doing this with a new co-worker. So I have some support at home as well as Sparkpeople. If it is the Lord's will, I hope to celebrate the Christmas holidays with a little more pep in my step and a lot less junk in my trunk. God bless.



My friend and I are doing the Mayo Clinic Diet. I've had good success on it before and I am so optimistic. It is so good to have someone on the diet with you. .
