I'm glad you liked the suggestion, it helps me too! I am racking up some fitness minutes but not really losing weight yet to speak of. I'm thinking my 2 changes for next month might tip the scales south though, 1) adding strength training and 2) nothing after supper but a blueberry smoothie (in other words no junk food in the evening). 3159 days ago
