My start for a healthy future


Ok here I go. Hi I am originally from IL but I am permantly here now in Lawton Oklahoma. I live outside city limits near Lake Lawtonka. I am a mother of 3 boys and a wife to a wonderful man who serves in the Army and has been for 20 years. I fell off track the whole year of 2009 so here I am back on track and re-committed to a healthy lifestyle!

My goal is to reach my weight of 135 and to stay with my lifestyle change although I think I will eventually cut out my second job it just gets too stressful and not worth all the side effects!
