Introduction Text I am an actress, teacher, and muse. I like playing guitar hero, eating sushi and dancing to 80's music. I am young at heart and will always be so. I miss my metabolism, it really spoiled me! Now I've got to put in the work it did for me for so long.

I am proud that I maintained my goal weight of 150 for 11/2 yrs. Now I want to reach 150 again. I want to be more active. I want more stamina. I want my body to act the same age as my mind.

I do most of my work at home. I recently started belly dancing using a free class on youtube. I have a Swiss ball and a set of 3 lbs dumbbells. I need to shop for a new Pilates mat. (during my hiatus there was a mildew incident. I know it's that it had time to do that) I have an extensive collection of exercise dvds. I use the videos on spark as well. I have a wii and wii fit. I own in line skates that I have freed from their many years stint in the closet. I like to play when I exercise. It makes me feel better about sweating.

I have great focus. It helped me to reach my goal and will help me to get back to my ideal weight.

My favorite color is purple. I'm a Grey's Anatomy fiend! Yet I'm a touch squeamish. Sushi is my fave food. I have an extensive collection of bath products. I love my spa days!
