Just a guy who is trying to make some changes. My wife turned me on to this so I figured I would see what this is like..

My Goals:
Just to lose some weight and generally be healthier.

My Program:
 Primarily watching my eating and trying to be more active on the weekends. When it warms up, I will do more outdoor activities.


Personal Information:
I am a computer programmer by day and volunteer at church pretty much the rest of the time (at least it seems like it).

Other Information:
 simple_tailor comes from my favorite Star Trek character (Garak from DS9) because he is nothing more than a simple tailor.
