    As a kid I tended to plumpness anyway, but I was active outdoors. Then my knees began to trouble me - I dislocated them kicking soccer balls, running bases, swimming. I stopped doing all that stuff and became sedentary. And got plumper as I aged. It is hard to reverse that but it can be done - I'm doing it, and you're doing it. Whatever encouragement I can offer you I sincerely do offer - you will continue to be so happy and amazed as your success builds, and you will inspire others! Glad you're on SparkPeople!
