Thanks so.much for explaining your eating plan to me. It sounds like youβre taking the aspects of various programs that suit your lifestyle and health needs. Iβm doing something similar, and at my age, my metabolism is so slow even with walking 2 times a day and doing intermittent fasting on a low carb diet, I can only lose about a pound every 3 weeks.
