I've done this health and fitness thing too many times to count. I have all the tools and knowledge to be successful. I just need the tenacity to stick with it! Patience is not a virtue of mine, which causes me to always fall off the wagon. What's worse is that my husband works out alot and is very fit without watching what he eats, so he often leads me down the path of temptation and I really need to be delivered from his temptation shenanigans.
I joined SP in October 2012 and had immediate success. Within 5 months I'd lost 25lbs and felt great. Spring and Summer arrived and I was ready! I was cuter, in smaller clothes and feeling really good about myself. What was the only thing to do? Indulge! I totally went off plan and into the land of denial. I wouldn't even look at the scale. I didn't reach my initial weight loss goal in the time I'd planned and now I have some catching up to do. I should be at my goal weight right now but I am far from it. Each day I am taking strides to get where I want to be and maintain a healthy weight.

Fitness Minutes: 30,599

My Goals:
1. Drink at least 8 cups of water per day.
2. Do not drink any soda or juices.
3. Eat at least 5 fruits or veggies each day.
4. Take a complete multivitamin at least 5 days per week.
5. Walk/Run at least 10 miles per week.
6. Walk/Run 5 miles, one time per week.
7. Complete 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times per week.
8. Take the stairs at least 10 steps, six times per day.
9. Lose 1lb or more, one time per week.
10. Read a weight-loss success story once per day.
11. Reach 130lbs by 10/8/16.
12. Run a 5k without stopping or walking. (Goal met 4/27/13)!
13. Run 4miles without stopping or walking.
14. Run an 8k without stopping or walking.
15. Run a 10k without stopping or walking.


My Program:
a. Daily calorie limit of 1550.
b. 3-4 days of cardio per week.
c. 2-3 days of strength training per week.
d. No meat, seafood, eggs, dairy, coffee or alcohol.

    Hey lady....what team are you on this round? With our weather these days I am spending as much time as I can on the island at least in my mind. Brrrrrr.....I'm starting a new BB program in a couple weeks. 21 Day Fix. You might be interested. The test group had amazing results. I need to lose some stress/holiday/pneumonia gain.     Hey! How have you been??? I'm doing well! I have a trip to Vegas coming up in April for my birthday so I decided I need to get rid of some extra weight!! I TRIED Super Shred and after two days decided it's not for me. I will lose it slow...the old fashioned way!! Super Shred left me WAY too hungry and that is NOT a good thing for me!!
