Log.Move.Lift.Sweat.Repeat.
1. eat paleo and log my food e-v-e-r-y-d-a-y.
2. apply my fitness to something FUN at least once a week
3. CrossFit 3x week
4. SWEAT LIKE A MOTHER.. it's about intensity and making yourself UNCOMFORTABLE.. how bad do you want it!!
5. Repeat!
