    Thanks for the comments. I still haven't switched to an egg for my snack at work. I feel like I'm still trying to recover from Thanksgiving (or at least I feel that way! I haven't weighed myself since prior to the holiday, but I'm just focusing on NOT losing weight right now but lowering my body fat. How one is possible without the other, I don't know, but that's what my personal trainer has told me!). I have been eating some eggs for my morning snack though, so that's a good way to get in some protein!

    And yes, I do completely agree about the sweet potato - it's just more carbs than what I'm use to! Like I said, I'm still recovering from Thanksgiving and eating a lot more meat than what I'm use to, so for my protein, I've been doing quinoa instead. But that's more carbs than what I'm use to! I just need to find a balance.

    I THINK next week is when my PT decides to measure my body fat percentage again. I want to know what it is!
