2019
CREATE MEMORIES...NOT DAYS
is my mantra for 2019. Too often I waste the gift of a day by just letting it be a plain wash and repeat day. My goal for 2019 is to live with the intention of making even small memories to look back on. I am working on getting rid of the physical and emotional clutter that hold me back from making an ordinary day extraordinary.

BALANCE. My definition for a balanced life is to nurture what feeds my soul ~ Faith, love, creativity, harmony, and peace.

I didn't come close to my goals last year. That is okay. I have learned so much about myself and life in the process. I have made some new friends along the way that share this journey with me. Can't call 2017 a failure at all.

2017
Return to Sanity and Have to Make it Stick

I lost 70 lbs with Spark in 2011. Unhealthy habits and weight returned. Now diagnosed with sleep apnea, hypertension, and high cholesterol. My 22-year-old skinny son was just diagnosed with hypertension, who would have thought? Love is the extra motivation I needed to change family habits and nutrition.

2019:
Remove the physical and mental clutter from my life.
Find something to celebrate each day.

18th January - 2 pounds
8th March... 8 pounds
19th April... 5 pounds
21st June... 9 pounds

2018:
Motivate my Spark Friends.
Lose 50 lbs. (No maintenance yet.)
Continue to make healthy choices.
Finish my exercise area and use it.
Work on Financial Peace with husband. Goal: Debt Free March 2020
Take time to be creative. Bonus if glitter is used.

Whole 30 life style.
