    Yeah, that's true. But I was thinking yesterday that I definitely stay outside longer when it's over forty degrees as opposed to below freezing. This past weekend, I rushed through a walk in thirty minutes instead of the usual sixty. I was so cold that I started moving my feet pretty darn quick, almost flying! However, my pelvic muscles also fatigued really fast, and it was a quick crash and burn. But, it was still exercise. I suppose that if I make it outside for a good walk three or four times a week, it's still better than nothing!
