Getting fit and having fun along the way!:)


Looking to lose weight and get back to a fitness level I enjoyed sometime ago. I started working out 4 weeks ago, spending 45-50 mins, 4x a week on the elliptical and now looking to add in some strength training into the mix.     My weekend was good, but I was working. emoticon

    I'm flying Amsterdam trips every weekend this month. It's a pretty nice place to be in the summer and this weekend was gorgeous. This time I took a nice long power walk/run about town and torched a bunch of calories. Winning....

    I'm reading Anne Frank's diary and will visit her historic hiding place sometime this month too.
