Introduction Text Hello, everyone, especially my Unicorn forum pals. I lost 44 pounds from eating at a good old fashioned calorie deficit, and I've been maintaining that loss for two years now. Healthy weight loss was a cinch, and maintenance is a dream because I eat good old fashioned food and stay within my calorie goals (most of the time, nobody is perfect). :) Please, PLEASE, if you send me a friend request, please let me know why you wold like to be my friend. Unless I already know you, I probably will decline if you send request without a note or email. I'm pretty selective who I choose, and who I add.

I stay within my calorie goals. The only foods I avoid are those I am intolerant to, and those my doctor has told me not to eat due to a medical issue.
