    Momma said there would be days like this!..but she forgot to mention that these "days" would turn into a week or so! ahhh! lol

    So bc of my ankle injury, which is getting much better, I have been MIA from sparkpeople...and all I can say for it is: HUGE MISTAKE...wow, when I am not tracking my nutrition, fitness, and weight, I get all sorts of mesed up! My energy level is down... :( I know I needed to let my ankle heal and all, but I should have stayed on track nutrition wise...

    Well, I am hoping back on track with full throttle come Monday for sure. I actually joined a 30 day clean eating challenge on facebook with a fellow friend who happens to be a beachbody coach. :) I am also going to do the low carb intake thing as well.

    I hope to help you get back on track as well....So lets raise our glass (of water of course) to Monday being a brand new day! Are you ready?!!!! Let me know how you are doing ok! ttyl! :)

    Oh, yes, you can get out of this rut! Yes, you can!

    Go back to the basics: 10 minutes. Find ten minutes of time every day to walk, do zumba moves, climb stairs, do knee raises...whatever it is, just find the ten minutes. That spark is what got Chris Downie going, and it can get you going again, too!

    I'm not giving up on you! Now get up, get a glass of water, and figure out where to find those ten minutes today.
