    Hey! Thanks for the 'goodie' :) My ankle is feeling much better today, but I am still not going to run on it until tomorrow, so hopefully it goes well... I bought an ankle brace and it it helping out a lot...

    I know all about life's curve balls, and it is sometimes very hard to roll with the punches...ahhhh! I am so proud of you though for NOT having an 'all or nothing' attidude about your circumstances and the impact they are having on your goals to be healhier.... EVERY little bit focusing on your water intake is very important! ...and just because, for right now, you may not get to everything you want to do to stay on are still climbing your ladder of success by focusing on one thing (like water intake).

    Keep your chin up! I am in your corner and I believe in you! Let me know how your Zumba class goes! YOU GO THIS! *hugs* ~Amy : )

    Hey! Thanks for commenting on my page...and for checking up on me! I have been on tracking my nutrition and fitness, but not much other than that...I have been too busy working on my fitness! LOL The 5K training has hurt my ankle, so I am giving it a few days to recover...and I got new shoes hopefully that helps out a lot...

    I hope you had a great week last week, and I hope you started this week out with a bang! Let me know how you are doing! How's zumba classes going?

    Oh, yes, you can do it!

    Before the Brewer game, plan out all your meals in the nutrition tracker. That way you can enjoy a hot dog at the game without feeling guilty. (I'm the person who thinks every luxury is 1000 calories and then realizes that it's only 200.)
