I am sooo impressed with you. You've really been dedicated and it shows. Looks like a new person in your photo. Congratulations.
I've made some changes, too. I have joined a strength training group. I walk around the lake most mornings. I'm doing liangong which a healing form of tai chi - I love it. There is a steep stairway down the road that I attack once in a while.
I lost a lot of weight, Yea. I put it back on and added a little, Boo. I love the exercise, but just haven't got the eating figured out. I am drinking more water. Trader Joe's has and 8 pak of 8 oz. water bottles. That's what I keep hearing I should do. So I drink one (two before breakfast) and throw the empties into the refrigerator. The next day I count how many empties I have and I can pat myself on the back. ::-)
