    Hey Sherry it is good seeing you on here. I miss chatting with you as well. I am sorry that you have been on and off with the diet. I to for the last couple of weeks have been like that as well, but starting tommaorw I have to get serious because I want to be atleast in the 180's by July so that means really working hard and eatting less junk. So far I have lost 23 pounds and I do not want to gain it back either. That is how you should look at it as well. I am glad that you are atleast drinking 8 glasses of water aday or trying to. I have to admitt that I did alittle bit of slacking in that department but I am ready to try again and met my goals and make myself happy.I am glad that I was insperation to you to drink water. Keep up the good work hun and just remember there is more tommarows around the corner.
