Introduction Text Hi, Im Snowsnake, but you can call me ***Snow*** I have always been humored by the idea and concept of the "invisible snake" that grabs or trips up the most skilled or expert skier on that run that was the very best until whatever it was that caused that fall! That's me...the snowsnake in theory, but Im more like a snowflake really. I love gardening in my yard, I have about a third of an acre to putz around on and Im more of a plant, tree, & flower person, than a sustainable gardener. I get a huge amount of my strength training outdoors, weeding , planting, and lugging around huge ceramic pots etc. Other outdoor time is spent on various trails hikng with a few women friends several times a week. I love the outdoors, like to have a few trips to the snow country between Dec and May to snow shoe or ski if possible. Fitness regime entails going to the gym atleast 5 times a week for Zumba, steps, spinning,strength training, and Ujam . I am a hairdresser 4 days a week and rent a station at a very nice salon, been doing hair for about 35+ years now, still love it so much! I love humming birds, I have so many hummers in both front and back yards, some of them are quite sociable, on occasion I have had the privilege of holding one in my hand, sometimes landing on my head thinking my hair pinned up looks like a nice resting spot. They talk, chat, chirp, and holler with attitude when the nectar is low in the feeders. I have a tattoo of a hummer on my shoulder. Fitness goals are to stay strong, have exceptional endurance in cardio fitness, and to combine inside training and outdoors work in a way to stay happy and fit for a lifetime. ***SNOW***

To stay as fit as possible, work on my strength training more, and to maintain my weight, lose up to 10 lbs over the summer months thru eating more healthy. To live more Green. To conserve, eperiment more cooking, and take more supplements.

Researching continually. learning about nutrician more each day and applying what i learn.

I love my job, Im a hairdresser -30 + years! Its still a lot of fun and I have a wonderful clientell. Im a no fuss gal, a girly girl, and a tomboy all rolled up into one!
