Continuing the journey!
It's not about losing the weight as much as learning how to treat my body to the best life. I want to feel strong, fit, and healthy again! I'm learning how to keep it off and love how it feels to be my best.
I have loved my first year with Spark People and am looking forward to new friends and new challenges.

1. Regain the strength and stamina I had in 2006.
2. Fit back into my wardrobe of cute clothes again.
3. Stop emotional eating, especially at night.
My Program:
Joining a social network to share with others for motivation.
Starting daily indoor bicycling and weight bearing exercises.
Eating healthier foods and decreasing intake of sweets!
Personal Information:
I'm a retired teacher who enjoys activities with my friends. I enjoy volunteering at an Omaha High School with at risk students. I love meeting new people on this site.
