I Choose to Lose


I've been overweight ever since my second child was born. She's 30 now. It's time to make changes for me!

I'm taking things slow and easy. It took me a long time to get into this shape. I don't expect to be slim overnight ... but I WILL get there!

I started this journey in October 2009 - on my own, no support, no tools. By the time I found SP in late April 2010, I had lost 12 pounds. What a difference the trackers make! I am learning how much of what to eat and I ...

 Walking 30 minutes a day
