My Goals:
My ULTIMATE goal would be optimal health! With that, HUGE/BIG goals would include: Lose 110 pounds. Run a marathon. Not get winded walking up stairs.

My Program:
 I'll write more later, but I'm working out with a personal trainer one day a week, working out (tenetively) at least 4 days a week at a gym by my house called LifeTime Fitness. I also started Weight Watchers last Sunday! I'm realllllllly excited about all of this! :)~

    hey hun! I do come on.. but not much as of lately..
    I work two jobs.. and since before vday ive been working back to back 730am-230pm and then 3pm - 930pm. everyday.. my first day off was this tuesday... it has been awful.. i picked up all these shifts to help the girls out at work and stuff, and in return i have lost focus of what im trying to accomplish right now... and my boyfriend lost his job.. so just stress after stress.. i wanna get back into spark mode :( lol... tuesday is my bext day off... time to get back on track.. hope all is well amy girl... let me know.
