Hi Soul Love, sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your post on my blog, but thanks for it. I really shouldn't be having ANY chocolate because of some in tolerances I have, but I sneak cheaper chocolate (aka - with less milk) in sometimes which I still get reactions from but not awful. I really need to remove it entirely, if I am smart - I did find, however, a really good coconut milk chocolate "ice cream" with no soy, dairy, or any other of my allergens in it. It's kind of a saving grace, though an expensive one! 3656 days ago
