I have been retired going on 4 years. I put on several pounds and would like to lose these pounds and build a stronger body. Eating healthy has always been a concern of mine. I have had knee problems which have caused me to become less active. I love being connected to others with similar problems and goals.

    I have done some Christmas shopping and some making. I'm also making some crocheted lacy scarfs and selling them and some ladder yarn necklaces. I've gotten some orders so it's nice!!
    Almost done with my windows.

    If we didn't have the rain I would have done more, I did start making and or buying some Christmas shopping. So that is good!
