I have been retired going on 4 years. I put on several pounds and would like to lose these pounds and build a stronger body. Eating healthy has always been a concern of mine. I have had knee problems which have caused me to become less active. I love being connected to others with similar problems and goals.

    I have been doing some fall cleaning, got the living room rearranged today and put my shorts away. Also started making and buying some Christmas gifts.

    I had a great time away, it was so good to see family and see some US History, Gettysburg, Valley Forge, etc.
    I got the mowing done, only mowed the longer part as not all of our yard has come back, but most of it has so most of the yard got cut. I may trim later. Hope to see the new baby soon.
    Have a good day. I hope we get more rain, as it's in the forecast, another reason why I mowed.

    My Dhaka said we got rain too..Having a nice time with family in PA. Went to Petersburg & rhetorically battle is 150 years this July. Be back soon .
