I am 49 years old and have fought my weight my entire life. However, I have finally gotten the concept better for keeping it off. I lost 170 pds by myself with diet and exercise and lost another 23 pounds with the weight watchers program. If I can do this ANYONE can!

My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and fit and enjoy life with my husband and kids.

My Program:
 I follow the weight watchers program along with counting calories and fat. I am also trying to watch my carb intake. However, that one is VERY hard for me as I am a carb lover!
