Time for a Change!


Turning a new leaf.... new name....new attitude!

I am doing this for ME only. No more excuses, apologies or guilt necessary. I want to focus on health and positive living.

I love children, animals, people, history, reading, music and will enjoy meeting you, too!

I grew up in the 60's in the Toronto area and loved listening to folk music and going to coffee houses. Still adjusting to being the older generation now. How did that happen?

Personal Information:
Two adult sons. One married with an infant son. Married to DH for 13 years and we are encouraging each other on SPARKS.

    just got back from canada! oh to be near such beauty! I loved the mountains, and the snow, and walking around the winter wonderland, the paths,and the snow laden branches of the evergreens.
    the lake was my new walking path, and tea at the castle Fairmont, and Emerald lake in British colombia.
    It was the most beautiful place I have ever seen
    are you as impressed with it all as I am?
