My Goals:
Eat a balanced diet and prepare healthy meals for my family. Train for half and full marathons when I can find the time.
Be a good example of a healthy lifestyle for my kids.
My Program:
I try to be healthy by following a regular exercise program and eating right, but sweets are definitely my weakness!
Personal Information:
I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist, Functional Training Specialist and Behavior Change Specialist. I love helping people work towards their health and fitness goals!
Other Information:
I love running (particularly marathon training), and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.
I have four children, 3 girls and 1 boy. They are exhausting but amazing!!

JEN, at some time I was told I have 2 same. I have tried both,
I tried to use the preferences but nothing would edit.
I tried to change my email address, username, and / or password:
1. I have tried "start" in the top of the left corner of the screen.
2. You'll now see my Start page.
3. I rolled the mouse over the " EDIT GOALS & PREFERENCES " link in the upper left corner of the page.
4. I clicked on the "Account / E-mail & Preferences" link in the drop-down menu.
Sorry I cannot do this. I am slow and sorry will you help me I cannot even understand this
