    My step-count is suffering but I do whatever I can every day. Sometimes I just have to sit on my butt, lol.

    I try not to go walking until it's 40 degrees and today that meant 9am.
    Most days I walk around 6am and it's actually late for me at 7am.

    Sigh. At least not raining today! Rain expected to return tomorrow. We need it, but I really prefer it to rain when I'm sleeping, heheheh.

    I was heavier than you - keep the faith. It took me 18 months to lose 90 lbs but it was time very well spent. I used Walk Away The Pounds with Leslie Sansone for the majority of my exercising, along with daily walks outside. My neighbor has severe RA and we started with barely one mile a day and worked our way up to longer walks.

    If you're handicapped or disabled, look into Chair Exercises. They really do work.

    Thank you for your Oatmeal/Hotdog input!!
    I tried peanut butter in my oatmeal years ago but wasn't happy.

    HOWEVER, last night I made instant rice with some raisins and that was totally awesome with peanut butter!!
