Looking to live healthy


I have four kids and weighed the same (minus baby weight) for last fifteen years. I alway gain ten pounds during the winter, but this year gained a whole twenty pounds. I'm looking for support for fitness goals because I have no family support. I don't look like the typical "soccer mom" but I don't like stereotypes. Please help!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose the weight and not gain it back. Bad sufferer of cabin fever.

My Program:
 More exercise now that the temps are warming up!


Personal Information:
Living in Alabama and I enjoy the warm weather. I'm a 75* or better kind of gal'.

Other Information:
 I enjoy gardening, fishing, and home crafting. Husband and kids are center of my world.

    Thanks for stopping by my Spark Page and touching base with me and also for the water bottle. You must have ESP or something like it because lately I haven't been doing too well with my water intake. I finally have strawberries, but something is eating them.
