It's time for me to reach my fitness goals!

My Goals:
Get into great shape.



My Program:
 Eating 5 small meals a day.
Drinking at least 64 oz of water a day.
Doing Weight Training on Mon, Wed, and Fri.
Doing Cardio at least 30 mins a day, 5 times a week.

    OMG!!! You are soo pretty and we got soooo the same goals!!!
    I was a steady 115 and less until I got a dang reproductive/hormonal issue that blew me nearly 15 pounds. I am battling as we speak, but I think I might be at around where you are.
