Fitness Minutes: 20,178

My Goals:
Short term: Win the weight loss challenge that my family and I are doing! The prize? $150!

Long term: Maintain a 2lb a week average weight loss, eventually reaching the point where I can shop in the regular section and NOT in the plus size.

My Program:
 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week
1200-1400 calories
8 cups or more water per day


Personal Information:
I'm back in my hometown in Kansas after 4 years in Korea. Still settling and readjusting.
