Easing back in!


Hi! It's been a rough road the past couple of months because Mom has cancer and I am helping to take care of her. I am trying to lose about 3 pounds a month by counting calories 2-3 days a week and exercising everyday. Will slowly built up.

    I'm glad you're making your way back. There's nothing wrong with doing it slowly, either!

    I'm finding my way again as well. Things have been interesting, some delightful, and some not so much. Some have been difficult, but eye-opening (isn't that always the way??)

    I was loaned a book that I think you might like. I've only just begun to read it, of course, so I only know a little about it. It's called "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway" by Susan Jeffers.
    Just thought I'd mention it, knowing where we met here and such.

    And yes.. I just got back from Peru. It was an absolutely amazing experience.. like... life-changing. I'll carry what I saw and learned there for the rest of my life.
