Hi...I'm Stormy...New to this:) I have 3 beautiful children and the weight to show it. It's been a little over 2 years since my youngest was born, and I haven't had the motivation to get this weight off. It wasn't as hard to lose the weight after my first two, but now I feel very overwhelmed!! I have a loving husband that is supportive and is following his goal to lose weight as while, but I still keep holding back. I'm glad to find a site that is there to help all of us. At times I feel the world forgets about us curvy ones. So here I am and hopefully with prayer and support I will shed these pounds:)

January team goals:

~~Done Girl Dance 15 Minutes 1 time per day
There is no specific dance, just find some time to crank up your favorite music & MOVE!
This is so much fun, I am reluctant to remove it from the team goals...

~~Cardio Exercise 20 Minutes 1 time per day
This can also include your Done Girl Dance, which you can increase to 20 minutes...

~~Eat a new food (fruit, veggie, whole grain, protein substitute) 1 meal 2 times per week
Try a new veggie, or a whole grain, or substitute an ingredient in a meal with
a healthier option, such as ground turkey, chicken, brown rice or quinoa

~~Drink 10 cups of water per day
Or 12, or 14 if you can! Water helps flush toxins and fat out of our system, and is essential to healthy weight loss!

~~Challenge Week 3: Work out at least 30 minutes every day this week. (5 points for 30 minute cardio and 3 points for 30 minute strength per day…meaning you can receive up to 8 points daily)

~~ Give a SparkGoodie to somebody. (1 point per Goodie) This challenge only counts if they’re sent to somebody that’s a part of the BSS and the maximum points you can get for sending goodies per day is 10.

~~Eat your fruits and veggies! (2 points for every veggie or fruit you eat) There’s no limit to how many points per day you can get for the fruits and veggies so, choke those puppies down all you can!

~~BONUS: If you complete the workout challenge at least four days this week, you will get an extra 10 points.

I'm in school to become a Surgical Tech. I'll be finished April 2009. I'm so excited!! This is a HUGE accomplishment for me! I'll be turning 30 in Feb. and starting my new career soon. The last few years have been hard and since I am an emotional eater I packed on the pounds! Now my life is turning around except for the weight:( But that soon will change!!
